In the past, I've served Oklahoma City clients at North Care Center, Sunbeam Family Services, Community Counseling Center, Red Rock Mental Health Center and Willow View Hospital.
Currently, I work in a private office serving adult individuals and couples.
My office is now located at Brookline Office Park, 6051 N. Brookline, Suite 111B, in northwest Oklahoma City, OK. Click here for a map and complete directions. Please note that office hours are by appointment only.
Clientele
Some of the reasons people visit me include (but are not limited to) relationship conflict (marriage counseling), depression, anxiety, grief, stress, parenting advice, identity, anger, family of origin issues, co-dependency, abuse, trauma, meaning in life.
Approach to Therapy
My approach to therapy is warm, accepting and down-to-earth. I practice and encourage compassion and will help you feel at ease. I am a partner and a resource on your journey: You remain the expert on your own life.
I value the role of spirituality in the healing process. I welcome people of all faiths to my practice and I will honor your beliefs.
