  1. Set the intention to raise your vibration
  2. Maintain good physical body health
  3. Consciously keep energy bodies in balance
  4. Meditate
  5. Pray
  6. Be loving. Live in heart-centered mode.
  7. Listen to uplifting music
  8. Essential oils and aromatherapy (Try rose, jasmine, lavender)
  9. Body work (massage therapy, reflexology, etc.)
  10. Experience Healing Touch or Reiki
  11. Tai Chi, Chi Kung
  12. Read spiritual literature
  13. Talk with spiritually conscious people
  14. Spend time in direct contact with nature
  15. Engage in creative activity -- writing, painting, etc.
  16. Practice a healing art or modality
  17. Maintain communication with your higher self (Make time, "check in", journal)
  18. Communicate from the heart
  19. Seek the higher good, higher self in others
  20. Speak the truth, communicate honest feelings
  21. Forgive yourself and others
  22. Practice random (and intentional) acts of kindness
  23. Give (energy, action, time, things) to those in need
  24. Maintain nurturing relationships (friends, family, pets)
  25. Attend a 12-step or support group
  26. Ask for guidance
  27. Set healthy personal boundaries
  28. Avoid exposure to situations and/or people which have a negative impact (TV? News? Toxins?)
  29. Practice sobriety
  30. Get adequate sleep, rest
  31. Clear your home of unneeded possessions, clothing (stagnant energy)
  32. Release the outcome

  40. Focus on the positives: Believe the best about yourself and others
  41. Seek balance in all things.
  42. Live in "allow mode" vs. forcing a particular expectation of others or situations
  43. Look for opportunities to express appreciation and praise
  44. Express joyfulness (singing, dancing, etc.)
  45. Drink plenty of water
  46. Yoga
  47. Get adequate alone time or "down time"
  48. Treat your imperfections with compassion and gentleness
  49. Develop emotional fluency and flexibility
  50. Practice gratitude.
  51. Remember to laugh!
