- Set the intention to raise your vibration
- Maintain good physical body health
- Consciously keep energy bodies in balance
- Meditate
- Pray
- Be loving. Live in heart-centered mode.
- Listen to uplifting music
- Essential oils and aromatherapy (Try rose, jasmine, lavender)
- Body work (massage therapy, reflexology, etc.)
- Experience Healing Touch or Reiki
- Tai Chi, Chi Kung
- Read spiritual literature
- Talk with spiritually conscious people
- Spend time in direct contact with nature
- Engage in creative activity -- writing, painting, etc.
- Practice a healing art or modality
- Maintain communication with your higher self (Make time, "check in", journal)
- Communicate from the heart
- Seek the higher good, higher self in others
- Speak the truth, communicate honest feelings
- Forgive yourself and others
- Practice random (and intentional) acts of kindness
- Give (energy, action, time, things) to those in need
- Maintain nurturing relationships (friends, family, pets)
- Attend a 12-step or support group
- Ask for guidance
- Set healthy personal boundaries
- Avoid exposure to situations and/or people which have a negative impact (TV? News? Toxins?)
- Practice sobriety
- Get adequate sleep, rest
- Clear your home of unneeded possessions, clothing (stagnant energy)
- Release the outcome

- Eat a balanced diet
- Develop strategies to deal with life stressors (through therapy if necessary)
- Release toxic relationships; Disengage from codependencies
- Stay grounded: First things first

- Seek out beauty and create beauty in your surroundings
- Focus on the positives: Believe the best about yourself and others
- Seek balance in all things.
- Live in "allow mode" vs. forcing a particular expectation of others or situations
- Look for opportunities to express appreciation and praise
- Express joyfulness (singing, dancing, etc.)
- Drink plenty of water
- Yoga
- Get adequate alone time or "down time"
- Treat your imperfections with compassion and gentleness
- Develop emotional fluency and flexibility
- Practice gratitude.
- Remember to laugh!
